  • Sales manager Andrey Abadzhiev closure of ChaosGroup

    Reference is made to an arrogant mail of 04-07-2017 from sales manager Andrey Abadzhiev, where he inform us that he has decided to exclude a well established reseller from ChaosGroup?s Partner Portal and hereby denies access to sales schedule and customer information.
    CAD-conversion has over the last couple of years sold 40-over licenses (22 via the Partner Portal) and this unjustifiably action come without any warning.
    The name ChaosGroup is not without reason and in our opinion Andrey Abadzhiev?s action further demonstrates incompetence and unwillingness to serve and support customers and resellers. Indeed an odd characteristic for a sales manager for V-ray.

    Well-argumented decision was made for termination of the distribution agreement and CAD-conversion where directed to continue buying the software from our local distributors.

      Andrey Abadzhiev is apparently identical with Chaos Sales Team and obviously our message is not welcome.

      However there appear to be other members since we have received the same message anonymously.

      We have had a good deal of complaints of ChaosGroup's service from our customers, who consider it to be inadequate and arrogant. It would therefore be interesting to know how it can be considered a "well-augmented decision" to prevent us in marketing V-ray.

      I particular when a reseller have been in the market since 1996 and is particular successful in selling the associated SketchUp software, and is known to provide good customer service.

      Looking forward to the official explanation.

      Your "All the best" greeting, appear false under the circumstances.

        The Chanel is an integrated element of our product offering and we are very careful when we decide to "leave" the responsibility for some of the sales, installation, consulting and troubleshooting services to independent channel partners.

          Thank you for your reply and the mail address of your global sales director, it gives a rear glance into an organization which is not very transparent.

          If it is true that Petko Marinski have approved your decision, it can only be course he has been misinformed by you.

          Why is it that CAD-conversion?s sales was accepted the previous 3 years? And why is it that you have suggested that we continue to sell v-ray via a third party?

          As a matter of normal courtesy I am still surprised that CAD-conversion newer received a thank you note of appreciation, for the sales done.

          Andrey, frankly speaking, you and I know that the only reason behind your small-minded reaction is that you were unable to answer our/our customer?s fair request for support, and the fact that I pointed out to you how part of the Partner Portal was unclear and not functioning.

          I speak on behalf of our/your customers.
